[The pending problems of the Spanish legal regulation on assisted human reproduction: the decision of the Constitutional Court and the report of the National Commission on Assisted Human Reproduction].

The present article illustrates some of the problem areas of Spain's legislation on assisted reproduction, which has been in place for over a decade. In order to focus on the main issues, particular attention is paid to two important texts: the ruling by the Constitutional Court on the assisted reproduction Law and the first annual report by the National Committee on Assisted Human Reproduction.
