PURPOSE
To report a case of tamoxifen retinopathy in a male patient.
METHODS
Case report. A 68-year-old man, who had received a cumulative tamoxifen dose of 60 g over 33 months for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma, was evaluated.
RESULTS
A peculiar, bilateral, symmetric, inner retinal crystalline deposition associated with mild macular edema was discovered. No other ocular toxicity of tamoxifen was observed.
CONCLUSION
To our knowledge, this is the first report of tamoxifen retinopathy in a male.
目的
报告一例男性患者的他莫昔芬视网膜病变。
方法
