大孔网状树脂在中药不同有效成分纯化研究中的应用与特点

OBJECTIVE
To evaluate the possibility of applying macroreticular resin to the purification of different effective ingredients in Chinese medicines and study its working characteristics.
METHOD
Four samples (water extracts of four single Chinese medicinal materials) containing alkaloids, anthraquinones, water soluble phenols and inorganic salts were employed.
RESULT
LD605 resin is able to adsorb different effective ingredients except inorganic salts.
CONCLUSION
Purification of Chinese compound prescriptions can be achieved by means of macroreticular resin.
目的
评估大孔网状树脂应用于中药中不同有效成分纯化的可能性，并研究其工作特性。
方法
采用含有生物碱、蒽醌、水溶性酚类和无机盐的四个样品（四种单一中药材的水提取物）。
结果
LD605树脂能够吸附除无机盐外的不同有效成分。
结论
大孔网状树脂可实现中药复方制剂的纯化。
