The tuberculin skin test was carried out to employees of our hospital one and two years later after the initial two-step tuberculin skin test in 1999 to examine the possibility of new tuberculosis infection. Nineteen weakly positive reactors aged 39-year-old or less in 1999 were followed up by tuberculin reaction for two years. The significant changes were not recognized in either the size of erythema or the size of induration, examined by one-way ANOVA and Tukey-Kramer multiple comparison procedure. Among weakly positive reactors aged 39-year-old or less, it seemed that there had been no new tuberculosis infection during 2 years follow-up.
1999年对我院员工进行了初次两步结核菌素皮肤试验，一年和两年后再次进行该试验，以检测新感染结核病的可能性。对1999年19名年龄39岁及以下的弱阳性反应者进行了两年的结核菌素反应随访。通过单因素方差分析和Tukey-Kramer多重比较程序检查，红斑大小或硬结大小均未发现显著变化。在年龄39岁及以下的弱阳性反应者中，在两年的随访期间似乎没有新的结核病感染。
