The tonometric index as an expression of the motility of the urinary bladder was determined in 37 cases of carcinoma of the uterine cervix degree II b and III only treated by contact and external irradiation before, during and after this therapy. After application of about 4000 R to the dorsal parts of the bladder the tonometric index increases to one third. 6 weeks after the end of irradiation normal values are obtained.
在37例仅接受接触放疗和体外照射治疗的IIb期和III期子宫颈癌患者中，测定了作为膀胱活动度指标的眼压指数，观察时间为治疗前、治疗期间及治疗后。对膀胱背部施加约4000伦琴的辐射后，眼压指数增加到原来的三分之一。放疗结束6周后，眼压指数恢复到正常值。
