Tests conducted with rabbits, cats and mice showed methyluracil to lower the sensitivity to strophanthin in rabbits with myocardial infarction and in intact mice and its intravenous introduction reducing the toxicity of Adonis L. in cats. Oral administration of methyluracil for one week did not prevent in critical tests a strophanthin-induced arrhythmia in intact rabbits and in those with myocardial infarction. Intravenous administration of methyluracil caused an increase of the coronary circulation rate.
对兔子、猫和老鼠进行的试验表明,甲基尿嘧啶可降低心肌梗死兔子以及健康老鼠对毒毛旋花子苷的敏感性,并且静脉注射甲基尿嘧啶可降低猫体内侧金盏花的毒性。在关键试验中,对健康兔子和心肌梗死兔子连续一周口服甲基尿嘧啶并不能预防毒毛旋花子苷诱发的心律失常。静脉注射甲基尿嘧啶可使冠脉循环速率增加。
