Abstract

A new method for preparation of cross-linked agar beads entrapped Attapulgite clay (CAA) is reported. Attapulgite clay was coated with agar and shaped in organic solvent, as well as cross-linked by epichlorohydrin. The products withstood autoclaving at 121 degrees C for 30 minutes and had a good adsorption ability for model compounds and medicines. The results of preliminary investigation indicate that CAA is relatively hemocompatible.

摘要

报道了一种制备包埋凹凸棒土的交联琼脂珠(CAA)的新方法。凹凸棒土用琼脂包被并在有机溶剂中成型,同时通过环氧氯丙烷交联。所得产物能耐受121℃下30分钟的高压灭菌,对模型化合物和药物具有良好的吸附能力。初步研究结果表明CAA具有相对较好的血液相容性。
