To study the protective effect of tea pigments on mice skin photoaging induced by UV irradiation.
Total antioxidative ability and content of lipid peroxidation products malondialdehyde in the skin of mice were examined with colorimetry.
By ig or smearing, tea pigments could significantly improve total antioxidative ability and decline content of malondialdehyde in UV-irradiation-induced skin photoaging mice.
The results suggested that tea pigments could prevent mice skin from free radicals injury resulting from UV irradiation and moderate skin photoaging.
研究茶色素对紫外线照射所致小鼠皮肤光老化的保护作用。
采用比色法检测小鼠皮肤的总抗氧化能力及脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量。
通过灌胃或涂抹,茶色素可显著提高紫外线照射所致皮肤光老化小鼠的总抗氧化能力,并降低丙二醛含量。
结果提示茶色素可防止小鼠皮肤受到紫外线照射产生的自由基损伤,减轻皮肤光老化。
