We report a case of lumbar facet joint synovial cyst at L5-S1 with clinically significant radicular pain diagnosed by means of MR imaging. This cyst spontaneously resolved, as determined on follow-up MR images obtained 18 months later. The patient's clinical symptoms substantially improved after conservative medical treatment.
我们报告一例经磁共振成像（MR成像）诊断的L5-S1腰椎小关节滑膜囊肿，伴有具有临床意义的神经根性疼痛。18个月后随访的MR图像显示，该囊肿自行消退。经保守药物治疗后，患者的临床症状显著改善。
