Abstract

The effect of hydrocortisone on the thymus and liver proteinases activity in the alkaline pH range was studied on rats. It is shown that the alkaline proteinases are activated in the thymus and inhibited in the liver of hormone-treated animals. Possible relationship between the effect of glucocorticoids on protein metabolism and alkaline proteinases activity is suggested.

在大鼠身上研究了氢化可的松对碱性pH范围内胸腺和肝脏蛋白酶活性的影响。结果表明,在接受激素治疗的动物的胸腺中碱性蛋白酶被激活,而在肝脏中则被抑制。文中提出了糖皮质激素对蛋白质代谢的影响与碱性蛋白酶活性之间可能存在的关系。
