Abstract

A new first-derivative fluorescent method by partial least squares (PLS) for the simultaneous determination of tryptophan, tyrosine and Phenylalanine was developed. The determination was carried out in KH2PO4-K2HPO4 buffer solution (pH = 7.4) and at the EX (excite) wavelength of 216.6 nm. The method has been applied to the determination of tryptophan, tyrosine and phenylalanine in compound amino acid injection, and the relative errors are within +/- 7.2%.

建立了一种基于偏最小二乘法(PLS)的新型一阶导数荧光法,用于同时测定色氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸。测定在KH2PO4-K2HPO4缓冲溶液(pH = 7.4)中进行,激发波长为216.6 nm。该方法已应用于复方氨基酸注射液中色氨酸、酪氨酸和苯丙氨酸的测定,相对误差在±7.2%以内。
