The issues of purposeful development of occupationally important qualities (OIQ) of the pilots using a specially devised set of psychological, pedagogical, psychophysiological methods are studied. Evidence for an effect of the applied methods on the development of OIQ, success and reliability of flying activity is presented. Some mechanisms of creating an integral system of OIQ during pilot training are discussed. The peculiarities of OIQ influence on specific aspects and parameters of pilot activity including a real flight are considered. The views on the patterns of creating the professional flying abilities, their place in the structure of a pilot fitness for flying are discussed.
研究了运用一套专门设计的心理、教育、心理生理方法，有目的地培养飞行员职业重要品质（OIQ）的问题。给出了所应用方法对OIQ发展、飞行活动的成功率和可靠性产生影响的证据。讨论了在飞行员训练过程中创建OIQ整体系统的一些机制。考虑了OIQ对飞行员活动具体方面和参数（包括实际飞行）影响的特点。讨论了关于培养专业飞行能力模式及其在飞行员飞行适应性结构中的地位的观点。
