Abstract
Diagnostic methods of mycobacterial species can lead to significant problems. This article aims at guiding through the great number of mycobacteriaceae, differentiating between atypical and tuberculous mycobacterials, answering diagnostic questions, therefore making early specific therapy possible.

分枝杆菌属菌种的诊断方法可能会导致重大问题。本文旨在梳理众多分枝杆菌科细菌，区分非典型分枝杆菌和结核分枝杆菌，解答诊断问题，从而实现早期特异性治疗。
