The cytotoxicity and antibacterial activities of crude extracts from the leaves of Sida rhombifolia were investigated. The ethyl acetate extract showed potent cytotoxicity with LC50 values (5.41 ppm) comparable to the reference standard, gallic acid. All the extracts showed weak antibacterial activity against both Gram-positive and Gram-negative test organisms.
对菱叶梵天花叶片粗提物的细胞毒性和抗菌活性进行了研究。乙酸乙酯提取物显示出较强的细胞毒性，其LC50值（5.41 ppm）与参考标准没食子酸相当。所有提取物对革兰氏阳性和革兰氏阴性测试菌均显示出较弱的抗菌活性。
