Authors give an account of their experiences about the visualization of the proximal coronary arteries on the basis of the transesophageal echocardiographic examination of 45 patients. According to their observations the left main coronary artery, the bifurcation, the left anterior descending artery and the circumflex coronary artery were well visualized in 40 patients. With the help of pulsed Doppler-echocardiography the Doppler flow velocity spectrum of the coronary flow can be detected, which could be analysed in 25 patients. At the same time the visualization of the right coronary artery is less sensitive, valuable images could be detected only in 12 patients. The technique of the TEE visualization of the proximal coronary arteries is described. TEE seems to be a promising approach to the morphologic evaluation of the proximal coronary arteries and for functional pathophysiologic examinations of coronary blood-flow.
作者基于对45例患者的经食管超声心动图检查,讲述了他们在冠状动脉近端可视化方面的经验。根据他们的观察,40例患者的左冠状动脉主干、分叉、左前降支和左旋支冠状动脉均能清晰显示。借助脉冲多普勒超声心动图可检测冠状动脉血流的多普勒流速频谱,25例患者可进行分析。同时,右冠状动脉的可视化敏感性较低,仅在12例患者中检测到有价值的图像。本文描述了经食管超声心动图对冠状动脉近端进行可视化的技术。经食管超声心动图似乎是一种有前景的方法,可用于冠状动脉近端的形态学评估以及冠状动脉血流的功能病理生理学检查。
