Smooth-B. abortus 104M. B.melitensis Rev-1 and B.suis S2 mixed with rough-B.canis RM 6/66 respectively were injected into mice. The results demonstrated that s-species of Brucella suppressed R-species of B.canis RM6/66 in mice. The epidemiological phenomenon that R-species of Brucella were difficulty isolated in focus of s-species should be explained on the bases of the study.
将光滑型布鲁氏菌流产布鲁氏菌104M、马尔他布鲁氏菌Rev-1和猪布鲁氏菌S2分别与粗糙型犬布鲁氏菌RM 6/66混合后注射到小鼠体内。结果表明,布鲁氏菌的光滑型菌株在小鼠体内抑制了犬布鲁氏菌RM6/66的粗糙型菌株。基于该研究,应解释在光滑型菌株感染病灶中难以分离出粗糙型布鲁氏菌这一流行病学现象。
