To investigate the chemical constituents of Dendrobium fimbriatum Hook.
Various chromatographic techniques were employed for isolation and purification of the constituents. The structures were elucidated by IR, MS, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and 2D-NMR.
Eight compounds were obtained and identified by spectral analysis as fimbriatone, confusarin, crepidatin, physcion, rhein, ayapin, scopolin methyl ether and n-octacostyl ferulate.
Fimbriatone is a new compound, physcion and rhein are firstly isolated from Genus Dendrobium. The others are found from this species for the first time. Fimbriatone showed potential inhibitory effects on BGC cell line.
研究流苏石斛的化学成分。
采用多种色谱技术对其成分进行分离和纯化。通过红外光谱(IR)、质谱(MS)、核磁共振氢谱(1HNMR)、核磁共振碳谱(13CNMR)和二维核磁共振谱(2D-NMR)对结构进行解析。
得到8个化合物,经光谱分析鉴定为流苏石斛酮、混乱菌素、毛茛黄素、大黄素甲醚、大黄酸、阿亚匹林、东莨菪苷甲醚和正二十八烷基阿魏酸酯。
流苏石斛酮是新化合物,大黄素甲醚和大黄酸首次从石斛属植物中分离得到。其他化合物首次从该物种中发现。流苏石斛酮对BGC细胞系显示出潜在的抑制作用。
