Abstract

The immune status and the state of intestinal microbiocenosis have been studied in 70 young children with acute respiratory diseases. As revealed in this study, in 85.7% of cases bronchopulmonary diseases are accompanied by disturbances in phasic fluctuations of the immune status and intestinal microbiocenosis. The possibility of repeated acute respiratory infections is predetermined by the intensity of manifestations of immune disturbances and intestinal dysbiocenosis, these two phenomena being directly interrelated. The use of eubiotics jointly with immunostimulants is proposed for the treatment of children with acute bronchopulmonary pathology combined with the unbalance of the immune status and intestinal dysbacteriosis.

摘要

对70名患急性呼吸道疾病的幼儿的免疫状况和肠道微生物群落状态进行了研究。该研究表明,在85.7%的病例中,支气管肺部疾病伴有免疫状况和肠道微生物群落阶段性波动的紊乱。反复发生急性呼吸道感染的可能性取决于免疫紊乱和肠道菌群失调表现的强度,这两种现象直接相关。建议将益生菌与免疫刺激剂联合使用,以治疗患有急性支气管肺部病变并伴有免疫状态失衡和肠道菌群失调的儿童。
