Abstract

Two new lupane-triterpene carboxylic acids, called acantrifoic acid A (1) and acantrifoside C (2) have been isolated from the leaves of Acanthopanax trifoliatus. Based on extensive 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic data, their chemical structures were determined as 3 alpha-acetoxy-30-hydroxylup-20(29)-ene-23,28-dioic acid and 3 alpha-acetoxy-30-hydroxylup-20(29)-ene-23,28-dioic acid 28-O-alpha-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1-->4)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester.

摘要

从三叶五加的叶子中分离出了两种新的羽扇豆烷型三萜羧酸,分别称为刺五加酸A(1)和刺五加苷C(2)。基于广泛的一维和二维核磁共振光谱数据,确定它们的化学结构分别为3α-乙酰氧基-30-羟基羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸和3α-乙酰氧基-30-羟基羽扇-20(29)-烯-23,28-二酸28-O-α-L-鼠李糖基-(1→4)-β-D-葡萄糖基-(1→6)-β-D-葡萄糖基酯。
