This paper aims to address the state of transcultural nursing in Australia. In an attempt to address the challenges of cultural diversity in nursing practice, the significance of research-based transcultural nursing knowledge is examined within the evolutionary changes of multicultural policies in Australia. Transcultural nursing research, building upon existing nursing knowledge, provides evidence to advance transcultural nursing practice. In order to promote 'adanced practice' in multicultural Australia, models of research-based transcultural nursing practice are examined and highlighted.
本文旨在探讨澳大利亚跨文化护理的现状。为应对护理实践中文化多样性的挑战，在澳大利亚多元文化政策的演变过程中审视了基于研究的跨文化护理知识的重要性。跨文化护理研究基于现有的护理知识，为推进跨文化护理实践提供了证据。为了在多元文化的澳大利亚促进“高级实践”，对基于研究的跨文化护理实践模式进行了审视并予以强调。
