Determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) contents in oils used in agriculture and forestry as additives to plant protection agents was made. PAH were isolated from oil samples by column chromatography, and TLC was applied for their identification and determination. PAH (fluoranthene, perylene, phenanthrene) were present in three oil samples, whereas they were not detected in three subsequent samples. The sensitivity of the method is +/- 0.1 ppm.
对用作植物保护剂添加剂的农业和林业用油中的多环芳烃(PAH)含量进行了测定。通过柱色谱法从油样中分离出PAH,并采用薄层色谱法对其进行鉴定和测定。在三个油样中检测到了PAH(荧蒽、苝、菲),而在随后的三个样品中未检测到。该方法的灵敏度为±0.1 ppm。
