Wise's laser trabeculoplasty with a 270 degrees exposure was used in 22 eyes of 22 patients with operated-on decompensated glaucoma. Patients with elevated decompensated intraocular pressure after sinusotrabeculoctomy were included in this group. The postoperative fistula was located in front of the Schlemm's canal in them. A dynamic follow-up has shown a stable normalization of the ophthalmic tone in 62% of cases without maintenance therapy. As a repeated intervention, laser trabeculoplasty is less traumatic, yields a good therapeutic effect, and may be widely used as a method to correct elevated intraocular pressure after earlier sinusotrabeculectomy.
对22例失代偿性青光眼手术患者的22只眼采用270度暴露的怀斯激光小梁成形术。该组纳入了鼻窦小梁切除术后眼压升高的失代偿患者。他们术后的瘘管位于施莱姆管前方。动态随访显示，62%的病例在无维持治疗的情况下眼压稳定恢复正常。作为一种重复干预措施，激光小梁成形术创伤较小，治疗效果良好，可广泛用作纠正早期鼻窦小梁切除术后眼压升高的方法。
