Abstract

The Han population in Chengdu, China, was investigated for genetic polymorphisms of alpha-2-HS-glycoprotein (A2HS), group-specific component (GC) and orosomucoid (ORM) using isoelectric focusing followed by immunofixation. The allele frequencies were: A2HS1 = 0.6958,A2HS2 = 0.3042, GC1F = 0.4021, GC1S = 0.3182, GC2 = 0.2745, GC1A = 0.0052, ORM1F1 = 0.7028, ORM1S = 0.2762, ORM1F2 = 0.0210, ORM2A = 0.9965, ORM2*Var = 0.0035.

摘要

采用等电聚焦继以免疫固定法,对中国成都汉族人群的α-2-HS-糖蛋白(A2HS)、组特异性成分(GC)和血清类粘蛋白(ORM)的遗传多态性进行了研究。其等位基因频率分别为:A2HS1 = 0.6958,A2HS2 = 0.3042,GC1F = 0.4021,GC1S = 0.3182,GC2 = 0.2745,GC1A = 0.0052,ORM1F1 = 0.7028,ORM1S = 0.2762,ORM1F2 = 0.0210,ORM2A = 0.9965,ORM2*Var = 0.0035。
