Abstract

In an effort to demonstrate and explain the peristalsis and intact pylorus-function of an oesophagus substituted by a transformed stomach-tube and despite total vagotomy, acute tests were undertaken on 14 dogs of mixed breed in the form of electromyographic examinations on the normal stomach, the stomach after vagotomy and with transformed stomach-tubes. Apart form slight frequency-decreases it was found that extracellular phasic bipolar contractions, traced an independent, individual current curve both after vagotomy and after transformation into a stomach-tube. The clinically observed intact function of the isoperistaltic stomach is to be explained with synergism after biomechanical changes and by the autonomy of the smooth stomach-musculature.

为了演示和解释用转化胃管替代食管后的蠕动及幽门功能完整性,尽管进行了完全迷走神经切断术,仍对14只杂种犬进行了急性试验,形式为对正常胃、迷走神经切断术后的胃以及带有转化胃管的胃进行肌电图检查。除了轻微的频率降低外,发现细胞外相性双极收缩在迷走神经切断术后和转化为胃管后均描绘出独立的、个体的电流曲线。临床上观察到的等蠕动胃的功能完整性可通过生物力学变化后的协同作用和平滑胃肌的自主性来解释。
