OBJECTIVE
The shoulder is the most common location for calcific tendonitis. Presentation of calcific tendonitis at other sites is unusual and may lead to diagnostic difficulty.
DESIGN AND PATIENTS
We report a case of calcific tendonitis of the pectoralis major insertion and describe the CT and MRI findings.
RESULTS AND CONCLUSION
The presence of an associated cortical defect at the site of tendon insertion may lead to the incorrect diagnosis of neoplastic process.
目的
肩部是钙化性肌腱炎最常见的发病部位。钙化性肌腱炎在其他部位出现较为罕见，可能导致诊断困难。

我们报告一例胸大肌止点钙化性肌腱炎病例，并描述其CT和MRI表现。
结果与结论
肌腱止点处相关皮质缺损的存在可能导致对肿瘤性病变的误诊。
