OBJECTIVE
To study the chemical constituents from Caesalpinia decapetala (Roth) Alston.
METHODS
Chromatography and spectroscopic analysis were employed to isolate and elucidate the chemical constituents in the plant.
RESULTS
Seven compounds were isolated and elucidated as lupeol acetate(I), lupeol(II), oleanoic acid(III), pentacosanoic acid 2,3-dihydroxypropyl ester(IV), 1-(26-hydroxyhexacosanoyl)-glycerol(V), stigmasterol(VI), beta-sitosterol(VI).
CONCLUSION
I approximattely VII were isolated from this plant for the first time.
目的
研究云实（Caesalpinia decapetala (Roth) Alston）的化学成分。
方法
采用色谱法和光谱分析法对该植物中的化学成分进行分离和鉴定。
结果
分离并鉴定出7种化合物，分别为乙酸羽扇豆醇酯（I）、羽扇豆醇（II）、齐墩果酸（III）、二十五烷酸2,3-二羟基丙酯（IV）、1-(26-羟基二十六烷酰基)-甘油（V）、豆甾醇（VI）、β-谷甾醇（VI）。
结论
化合物I至VII首次从该植物中分离得到。
