Delayed bleeding from a renal artery pseudoaneurysm is a rare occurrence after partial nephrectomy. We present 2 cases of renal artery pseudoaneurysm after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy. One patient presented with gross hematuria and flank pain and the other presented with flank pain and a decreasing hematocrit. The patients were treated with selective angioembolization of the pseudoaneurysm. The etiology and management of this potentially life-threatening condition are discussed.
肾动脉假性动脉瘤导致的延迟性出血是部分肾切除术后罕见的情况。我们报告2例腹腔镜部分肾切除术后肾动脉假性动脉瘤的病例。1例患者出现肉眼血尿和侧腹痛，另1例患者出现侧腹痛和血细胞比容下降。患者均接受了假性动脉瘤的选择性血管栓塞治疗。本文讨论了这种潜在危及生命状况的病因及处理方法。
