By using various assays of glycated hemoglobin, the author deduced a model of this index by its level, association with major metabolic parameters from the linear and nonlinear correlations and regression. The duration of diabetes mellitus, serum total cholesterol, and postprandial glycemia were found to have the most considerable impact on the formation of different models of this index.
通过使用糖化血红蛋白的各种检测方法,作者根据其水平、与主要代谢参数的线性和非线性相关性及回归分析,推导出了该指标的模型。结果发现,糖尿病病程、血清总胆固醇和餐后血糖对该指标不同模型的形成影响最为显著。
