Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To establish the quantitative analysis method of triterpene delta-amyrone in Sedum sarmentosum by HPLC-ELSD.

METHOD

The Zorbax Sil Column was used and the mobile phase was dichloromethane-methanol (99:1). The flow rate was set at 0.5 mL x min(-1), the temperature of drift tube was set at 100 degrees C and the nebulizer nitrogen flow rate was 3.0 L x min(-1).

RESULT

The linear range of sigma-amyrone was 2.12-10.6 microg. The average recovery was 100.5%.

CONCLUSION

The results showed that the method was reliable, simple and precise. It would be beneficial for the study of the quality control of S. sarmentosum.

目的

建立用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定垂盆草中三萜类成分δ-香树脂酮含量的定量分析方法。

方法

采用Zorbax Sil柱,以二氯甲烷-甲醇(99:1)为流动相,流速为0.5 mL·min⁻¹,漂移管温度设定为100℃,雾化器氮气流量为3.0 L·min⁻¹。

结果

δ-香树脂酮的线性范围为2.12 - 10.6 μg,平均回收率为100.5%。

结论

结果表明该方法可靠、简便、准确,有助于垂盆草质量控制的研究。
