The clinical evolution of one patient with primary mucinous adenocarcinoma of the left ovary with "ring seal cells" is studied. The patient was surgically treated with total hysterectomy, left salpingooferectomy and peritoneal washing; and medically treated with intravenous systemic citotoxic Cis-platin, Adriamycin and Cyclophosphamide. Twelve month later she was feeling in good health and her physical examination was normal.
