[Hemodynamic changes during intubation and extubation after the use of lidocaine].

The authors set themselves the task to research changes in haemodynamics caused by laryngoscopy and intubation as well as those before extubation of patients under the Lidocain injection, intravenous or local. The authors ascertained distinct changes in haemodynamics after the application of Lidocain at the extubation time and insignificant ones at the intubation time.
