Fifty-four patients with vasorenal arterial hypertension were examined for the activity of kallikrein, prekallikrein, carboxycatepsin and renin in the blood of renal veins. In patients with an appreciable stenosing of one of renal arteries, asymmetry of kallikrein excretion due to its activity reduction was discovered on the side of the ischemized kidney. In patients with unilateral insignificant stenosis of the renal artery and bilateral stenosing of renal arteries, no consistent asymmetry in the activity of the enzymes under study was revealed.
对54例肾血管性高血压患者的肾静脉血中激肽释放酶、前激肽释放酶、羧肽酶和肾素的活性进行了检测。在一侧肾动脉有明显狭窄的患者中,发现缺血侧肾脏由于激肽释放酶活性降低而导致其排泄不对称。在肾动脉单侧轻度狭窄和双侧狭窄的患者中,未发现所研究酶活性的一致不对称性。
