Three pairs of parathyroid glands having been transplanted to rats enhanced the activity of their hypothalamo-hypophyseal-adrenocortical system both at resting and in physical loads. The excess of the parathyroid hormone and the hypercalcemia activated the production and release of substances with cortico-liberine-like activity from the hypothalamus. The data obtained suggest a close interaction between the hypothalamo-hypophyseal-adrenocortical system and the parathyroid glands.
将三对甲状旁腺移植到大鼠体内后,无论是在静息状态还是在体力负荷状态下,大鼠下丘脑 - 垂体 - 肾上腺皮质系统的活性均得到增强。甲状旁腺激素过量和高钙血症激活了下丘脑产生和释放具有促肾上腺皮质激素释放素样活性的物质。所得数据表明下丘脑 - 垂体 - 肾上腺皮质系统与甲状旁腺之间存在密切的相互作用。
