The frequent association of human giardiasis with skin damages made the authors measure IgE serum levels by an ultramicroanalytical system in patients with clinical giardiasis, confirmed parasitologically. Possible stimulation of the total serum IgE response is studied, as well as its association with present allergic signs and the relationship with the cure of patients having giardiasis.
人体贾第虫病与皮肤损害的频繁关联促使作者采用超微量分析系统测定经寄生虫学确诊的临床贾第虫病患者的血清IgE水平。研究了血清总IgE反应可能的刺激因素，以及其与当前过敏体征的关联，还有与贾第虫病患者治愈情况的关系。
