To research the protective effect of pueraria flavonoid on the cerebral ischemic reperfusion injury.
Using the middle cerebral artery occlusion model (MCAO) in rats, we investigated the influence of pueraria flavonoid on the brain water content, the infarct volume, the activities of SOD, and the content of MDA.
Pueraria Flavonoid could obviously reduce the brain water content and the infract volume in MCAO, increase the activities of SOD, and decrease the content of MDA in the cerebral ischemia- reinfusion model of rats.
Pueraria has the function of scavenging free radicals and the protective effect on ischemic brain tissue.
研究葛根黄酮对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。
采用大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞模型(MCAO),研究葛根黄酮对脑含水量、梗死体积、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。
在大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型中,葛根黄酮可明显降低MCAO模型大鼠的脑含水量和梗死体积,提高SOD活性,降低MDA含量。
葛根具有清除自由基的作用,对缺血脑组织有保护作用。
