Abstract

OBJECTIVE

[corrected] To investigate the effect of apoptosis induced in human SGC-7901 cells by Harmine.

METHODS

The effect of Harmine on human SGC-7901 cell survival and apoptosis was determined by MTT assay, light microscopy and flow cytometry. Cell genomic DNA was detected by agarose electrophoresis.

RESULTS

The survival of human SGC-7901 cells decreased; Apoptotic cells were observed by fluorescent microscope; FCM analysis showed that the peak of apoptosis increased. Typical DNA Ladder were detected in DNA agarose gel electrophoresis.

CONCLUSION

HM can induce apoptosis in human SGC-7901 cells.

摘要

目的

研究去氢骆驼蓬碱诱导人SGC - 7901细胞凋亡的作用。

方法

采用MTT法、光学显微镜及流式细胞术检测去氢骆驼蓬碱对人SGC - 7901细胞存活及凋亡的影响。通过琼脂糖电泳检测细胞基因组DNA。

结果

人SGC - 7901细胞存活率下降;荧光显微镜下观察到凋亡细胞;流式细胞术分析显示凋亡峰升高。DNA琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测到典型的DNA梯状条带。

结论

去氢骆驼蓬碱可诱导人SGC - 7901细胞凋亡。
