Abstract

Two new cardenolides, 3beta,5beta,14beta-trihydroxyl-card-16,20(22)-dienolide (1) and 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-5beta,14beta-dihydroxyl-card-16,20(22)-dienolide (2), together with seven known compounds identified as digitogenin (3), 16-O-acetylgitoxigenin (4), periplogenin (5), 16-O-acetylperiplogenin (6), periplogenin digitoxoside (7), periplogenin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (8) and periplogenin-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->4)-O-beta-D-digitoxopyranoside (9) were isolated from the roots of Streptocaulon griffithii. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data.

从披针叶链珠藤的根部分离得到两种新的强心苷，3β,5β,14β-三羟基-卡-16,20(22)-二烯醇内酯（1）和3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-5β,14β-二羟基-卡-16,20(22)-二烯醇内酯（2），以及七种已知化合物，分别鉴定为洋地黄毒苷元（3）、16-O-乙酰基羟基洋地黄毒苷元（4）、杠柳毒苷元（5）、16-O-乙酰基杠柳毒苷元（6）、杠柳毒苷元洋地黄毒糖苷（7）、杠柳毒苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷（8）和杠柳毒苷元-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-(1→4)-O-β-D-洋地黄毒糖吡喃糖苷（9）。通过光谱数据对它们的结构进行了阐明。
