Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To compare HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids in fruits of Polygonnm orientale from different regions.

METHODS

Diamonsil C18 (250 mm x 4.6 mm, 5 microm) had been used, the mobile phase consisted of methanol and 0.2% phosphoric acid as fradient eluent. The flow rate was 1 ml/min, and the detection wavelength was 310 nm.

RESULTS

The finerprint of flaxonoids in fruits of Poligonum orientale with 11 common peaks was eatablished. The realative retention time and the range of relative area of the common peaks were determined.

CONCLUSION

The established fingerprint can be used for the identification and quality control of flavonoids of Poligonum orientale from different regions.

目的

比较不同产地水红花子中黄酮类成分的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。

方法

采用 Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 µm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为 1 ml/min,检测波长为 310 nm。

结果

建立了水红花子果实中黄酮类成分的指纹图谱,确定了 11 个共有峰的相对保留时间和相对峰面积范围。

结论

所建立的指纹图谱可用于不同产地水红花子中黄酮类成分的鉴别及质量控制。
