OBJECTIVE
To isolate and elucidate the constituents of herbs of Polygala hongkongensis.
METHOD
The constituents were isolated and purify by chromatographic on silica gel, Sephadax LH-20 and semi-preparative HPLC. The structures were determined by NMR and MS spectral analysis.
RESULT
Six compounds were identified as euxanthone (1), 1, 3, 6-trihydroxyxanthone (2), 1, 4, 7-trihydroxy-3-methoxy-xanthone (3), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (4), 3, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid (5), and methy 1 2, 5-dihydroxybenzoate (6).
CONCLUSION
The known compounds 1-6 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
目的
分离并阐明香港远志草药的成分。
方法
通过硅胶柱色谱、Sephadax LH - 20柱色谱和半制备高效液相色谱法对成分进行分离和纯化。通过核磁共振（NMR）和质谱（MS）光谱分析确定结构。
结果
鉴定出6种化合物，分别为 euxanthone（1）、1,3,6 - 三羟基氧杂蒽酮（2）、1,4,7 - 三羟基 - 3 - 甲氧基氧杂蒽酮（3）、对羟基苯甲酸（4）、3,4 - 二羟基苯甲酸（5）和甲基1,2,5 - 二羟基苯甲酸酯（6）。
结论
已知化合物1 - 6首次从该植物中分离得到。
