Abstract

This paper reports the effect of different processing technologies on the main toxic constituents in Radix Phytolaceae using its contents of phytolaccatoxin and histamine as index. The study was carried out to probe into the processing principle and improve the processing technology of Radix Phytolaceae. The result is gratifying.
