[Research on the processing of Angelica based on the analysis of water soluble constituents].

In this paper, a comparative study on the contents of water-soluble and alcohol-soluble tannin and ferulic acid in Angelica and its processed products is reported. The result shows that different processing methods have significant effects on the above constituents, thus administering to the interpretation of the theory of Angelica processing.
