Abstract
Reported in this paper is a method for determining paeoniflorin by TLCS paeoniflorin was separated from the interfering substances by TLC. The average recovery rate was 99.60% and the variation coefficient of the results was 3.67%. This method can be used for grading white peony root and fufang baishao Tablets.
