[Pain syndrome in rats after injury to the sciatic nerve].

Chronic experiments were conducted on rats to study the peculiarities of changes of pain sense and the components of the microcirculatory system after division of the sciatic nerve. It was established that division of the sciatic nerve leads in 1-2 weeks to the development of hyperalgesia, the appearance of autotomies, disorders of the microcirculatory system, which are evidence of the development of the pain syndrome.
