To determine three hydrophobic components content in Salvia yunnanensis roots collected from different habitats, and compare with Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
The analysis was carried out by RP-HPLC.
There was a great different content of three hydrophobic components between Salvia yunnanensis and Salvia militiorrhiza roots. Cryptotanshinone, tanshinone I and tanshinone II A in Salvia miltiorrhiza was 17, 2 and 3 times than those in Salvia yunnanensis.
The further research must be carried out that if Salvia yunanensis can be as a substitute of Salvia miltiorrhiza or not.

采用反相高效液相色谱法进行分析。
云南丹参根与丹参根中3种疏水成分的含量差异较大。丹参中隐丹参酮、丹参酮Ⅰ和丹参酮ⅡA的含量分别是云南丹参的17倍、2倍和3倍。
云南丹参能否替代丹参有待进一步研究。
