The effects of lysozyme on germ-tube formation of C. albicans are reported. We found that the percentage of germ-tube formation decreased when serum or egg white was inactivated previously but increased again as lysozyme was added. The promotional effects of lysozyme were apparent not only in the concentration range of 0.2-2.1 mg/ml lysozyme but even in diluted egg white solution. This is the first report that lysozyme has a promotional effect on germ-tube formation of C. albicans.
本文报道了溶菌酶对白色念珠菌芽管形成的影响。我们发现,预先使血清或蛋清失活时,芽管形成的百分比会降低,但加入溶菌酶后又会再次升高。溶菌酶的促进作用不仅在0.2-2.1mg/ml的溶菌酶浓度范围内明显,甚至在稀释的蛋清溶液中也是如此。这是关于溶菌酶对白色念珠菌芽管形成具有促进作用的首次报道。
