Verneuil's disease or hidradenitis suppurativa is a chronic suppurative, and cicatricial inflammatory disease, mainly affecting apocrine-bearing area of the skin. Squamous cell carcinoma is an uncommon but a frightening complication of hidradenitis suppurativa.
To report a new case of squamous cell carcinoma arising in Verneuil's disease.
We reported a case of 60 year old man with a 30 years history of hidradenitis suppurativa in which squamous cell carcinoma arise. A wide surgical excision removing the tumour and leaving a large defect was performed. The patient had a well recovery, wounds healed well by primary intention. No recurrence observed at 18 months of follow up.
Squamous cell carcinoma is an uncommon complication of hidradenitis suppurativa. Surgical excision represents also the treatment of choice.
维尔诺伊病或化脓性汗腺炎是一种慢性化脓性和瘢痕性炎症性疾病，主要影响皮肤的大汗腺分布区域。鳞状细胞癌是化脓性汗腺炎一种罕见但可怕的并发症。
报告1例发生于维尔诺伊病的鳞状细胞癌新病例。
我们报告1例60岁男性患者，有30年化脓性汗腺炎病史，并发鳞状细胞癌。实施了广泛手术切除，切除肿瘤并留下一个大的缺损。患者恢复良好,伤口一期愈合良好。随访18个月未观察到复发。
鳞状细胞癌是化脓性汗腺炎的罕见并发症。手术切除也是首选的治疗方法。
