Suppurative hidradenitis is a chronic inflammatory process that involves apocrine glands of the axial, inguinal and perianal region. We present a male patient of 47 years old who was admitted to our hospital with a complex perianal fistula with not a good evolution after surgery. Then, a large resection of the gluteus was performed, because of a big lesion extended to the perianal region. A colostomy was associated. The pathology showed an epidermoid carcinoma. This is a rare complication of the suppurative hidradenitis. The final treatment is a large resection of the lesion. The few number of cases in the literature moved us to publish-hour case.
化脓性汗腺炎是一种慢性炎症过程，累及腋窝、腹股沟和肛周区域的顶泌汗腺。我们报告一名47岁男性患者，因复杂的肛瘘入院，术后病情进展不佳。随后，由于病变扩展至肛周区域，进行了大范围的臀肌切除术，并进行了结肠造口术。病理检查显示为表皮样癌。这是化脓性汗腺炎的一种罕见并发症。最终治疗方法是对病变进行大范围切除。文献中此类病例数量较少，促使我们发表此病例。
