In 34 subjects (29 subjects vibrations exposed and 5 controls), the variations of seric levels of endothelin (Et) after Cold Test were investigated, while vasomotor modifications were monitored and recorded by forefinger volumetric pulsoplethismography. Blood sampling for Et dosage (from dorsal vein of the hand) was done in 17 subjects after 2' Cold Test and in 17 subjects after 5' Cold Test.
在34名受试者(29名暴露于振动环境的受试者和5名对照组)中,研究了冷试验后内皮素(Et)血清水平的变化,同时通过食指容积脉搏波描记法监测并记录血管舒缩变化。在17名受试者冷试验2分钟后和17名受试者冷试验5分钟后,采集血液样本(从手背静脉)用于测定Et剂量。
1)冷试验后Et水平总是升高,但仅在冷试验5分钟后水平升高具有统计学意义。2)没有证据表明Et水平升高与显示肢端血管痉挛的脉搏波描记改变之间存在关联。显然,在雷诺现象中,Et升高不是唯一因素,但参与了这种肢端综合征的发生。当内皮在对抗冷诱导血管收缩方面活性降低时,血清Et升高水平可能代表一种增强血管痉挛程度和持续时间的生物体液因素。
