A case with insulinoma is reported, with initial malignant degeneration, diagnosed and operated 16 years ago. Six years later hypoglycemic attaks appeared again and lymph metastasis in good health a third surgical operation was performed because of repeated hypoglycemic attacks and a new metastasis from the insulinoma was found in the pancreas tail. The patients has no hypoglycemic phemonena 18 months after the last operation. Besides the long period of progress of the malignant degenerated insulinoma, not observed so far, certain peculiarities of the carbohydrate metabolism of that patient are stressed upon as well as the necessity of early diagnosis and timely surgical treatment of insulinoma.
报告一例胰岛素瘤病例，该病例最初发生恶性变，于16年前确诊并接受手术。六年后再次出现低血糖发作，身体健康时出现了淋巴结转移，因反复低血糖发作及在胰尾发现胰岛素瘤新转移灶而进行了第三次手术。最后一次手术后18个月患者未出现低血糖现象。除了恶性变胰岛素瘤迄今为止未观察到的长时间病程外，还强调了该患者碳水化合物代谢的某些特点以及胰岛素瘤早期诊断和及时手术治疗的必要性。
