To optimize the matrix formulation of the effective part Cataplasm of Pogostemon Cablin.
The optimal preparation prescription was selected by U17 (17(11)) uniform design,and the tacking strength, cohesive strength and transdermal speed constant were used as test indexes. The equations of three test indexes were established by SPSS. With analysis of the contribution of factors by SPSS regression, the optimal matrix formulation was acquired.
The optimal matrix formulation is carbopol U10-NoveriteTM7s-glycerine-sorbitol-kaolin-citric acid-aluminum trichloride (1.0:5.0:20:2.0:2.0:0.25:0.2).
The matrix has good adhesive property, proper drug release rate, desirable hemocompatibility with the extractions of Pogostemon cablin.

采用U17(17(11))均匀设计法筛选最佳制备处方,以黏附力、内聚力和透皮速率常数为考察指标。运用SPSS建立3个考察指标的方程,通过SPSS回归分析各因素的贡献,得出最佳基质配方。
最佳基质配方为卡波姆U10-诺维特TM7s-甘油-山梨醇-高岭土-柠檬酸-三氯化铝(1.0:5.0:20:2.0:2.0:0.25:0.2)。
该基质具有良好的黏附性、适宜的药物释放速率,与广藿香提取物有良好的血液相容性。
